Asele Period & Health Tracker Now Available on Google Play!

We are excited to share a major milestone for Asele.

The Asele Period & Health Tracker is now live on Google Play. You can download it here.

Asele was created to help women better understand their bodies, manage their cycles, and make daily choices that support their health and productivity.

After months of building, testing, and refining the first version, the app is now available for Android users around the world!

This is just the beginning of what we are building.

Why We Built Asele

Many women track their periods, but very few tools help them understand how their cycle connects to their energy, mood, productivity, and daily habits.

Asele was designed with a different goal.

Instead of simply logging dates, the app helps women notice patterns in their health and daily life so they can make better decisions about how they plan their time, rest, and nutrition.

For many women, especially across Africa, access to supportive health tools can be limited. Asele aims to make these insights easier to access through a simple mobile app.

A Different Kind of Period Tracker

Most period tracking apps focus mainly on predicting the next cycle.

Asele was built with a broader vision.

The goal is not only to track menstrual cycles, but to help women understand how their cycle affects different areas of their lives, including energy levels, mood, focus, and overall well-being.

By combining cycle tracking with contextual health insights and preventive care guidance, Asele helps women work with their body's natural rhythms rather than against them.

What You Can Do With Asele

The first version of the app introduces several features designed to support everyday health awareness.

Smart Period Tracking

Asele includes an easy-to-use cycle calendar where users can:

• Track their menstrual cycle

• Log symptoms, flow, and mood

• Identify patterns in their cycle

• Receive cycle predictions and insights

Over time, this data helps users understand how their menstrual health evolves.

Contextual Health Insights

Asele goes beyond tracking by providing information about how hormonal changes can affect daily life.

Users can learn:

• How different cycle phases affect energy and wellness

• When to prioritise rest or recovery

• Preventive care reminders related to reproductive health

• Evidence-based women's health information

The goal is to make complex health information easier to understand and apply.

Cycle-Aware Productivity

One of the core ideas behind Asele is that productivity does not have to ignore biology.

The app helps women:

• Plan demanding tasks during higher energy phases

• Recognize when their body needs rest

• Align work and life decisions with natural rhythms

By understanding these patterns, users can make more intentional choices about how they schedule their time and energy.

Community and Support

Asele is also designed to grow into a platform where women can learn from each other.

Future updates will expand features that support:

• Women's health education

• Community discussions

• Access to trusted health information

• Support for conditions such as PCOS and endometriosis

Built With Privacy and Accessibility in Mind

Health data is deeply personal. Asele was built with privacy in mind, ensuring that users maintain control over their information.

The platform is also designed to be culturally relevant and accessible to women from different backgrounds, especially women who may not always have easy access to reliable health resources.

The Beginning of Asele

This launch represents version 1.0 of Asele.

Like many early products, the platform will continue evolving as we learn from users and improve the experience.

Feedback from the community will help shape future features, insights, and health resources.

Our long-term goal is to build a platform that supports women across every stage of their reproductive health journey.
