Supabase

  • Data Processed: Account information (name, email, login credentials), cycle tracking data, symptom logs, wellness logs, health notes, and reminder preferences
     

Firebase Authentication / Firebase Services

  • Purpose: Account authentication, push notifications, and app infrastructure

  • Data Processed: Email address, device tokens, and authentication credentials
     

Google Analytics

  • Purpose: Usage analytics and performance monitoring

  • Data Processed: Anonymized usage data, device identifiers, app interaction events, and crash logs
     

Google Play Services

  • Purpose: Required platform services for Android functionality

  • Data Processed: Device information and identifiers as required for app distribution and updates
     

8. International Data Transfers

Your data may be transferred to and stored on servers located in countries outside your location. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your data in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

Your data is stored on secure cloud servers operated by our infrastructure providers.

When you delete your account:

  • Your personal data is permanently removed from our active systems

  • Backup copies are automatically deleted within 90 days unless retention is legally required
     

11. Account Deletion

You may delete your account directly inside the Asele app.


When you delete your account:

  • All stored personal information linked to your account is permanently removed

  • Cycle tracking data and logs are deleted

  • Access to the Services ends immediately

If a parent or guardian believes that a minor has provided personal data without appropriate consent, they may contact us at support@asele.tech, and we will review and remove the information where required.

The information disclosed in this Privacy Policy aligns with the data disclosures made in our Google Play Store Data Safety section. We are committed to transparency about our data practices across all platforms.
