Asele Account and Data Deletion

At Asele, we respect your privacy and give you full control over your account and personal data.

This page explains how to delete your account and what happens to your data when you do.

Delete Your Account Inside the App

You can delete your account at any time directly in the Asele app.

  1. Open the Asele app

  2. Go to Settings

  3. Tap Delete Account

  4. Confirm deletion

Once confirmed, your account will be permanently removed.

What Data Is Deleted

When you delete your account, we permanently delete:

  • Your email address

  • Cycle tracking history

  • Symptom logs and health notes

  • Personal preferences

  • Reminder settings

  • Stored profile information

  • Any other data linked to your account

 

You will immediately lose access to the app and your stored information.

Backup Retention

Your active account data is deleted immediately.

Secure system backups, if any, are automatically removed within 90 days, after which no recoverable personal data remains, unless retention is required by law.

Cannot Access the App?

If you cannot log in or access your account, you can request deletion by contacting: support@asele.tech
